When the game was finished, mentor Xavi Hernández told Club President Joan Laporta, donning VP Rafa Yuest and Head of Football Deco of his choice to leave his post as first group mentor toward the finish of the time. Xavi thinks the choice is the best one for the Club at this moment. Once in the post-game question and answer session, the blaugrana mentor made sense of a choice that, as per the previous Barça player, "I had required days prior yet today was the second to report it." One of his principal thought processes was his affection for the Club: "I would rather not be an issue. I need to be an answer for Barça as I was a long time back." Xavi, a Barça legend as a player, understands FC Barcelona better than anybody and is persuaded that the group need now "a shift in course." The mentor trusts his takeoff toward the finish of the time "removes the pressure from the circumstance and gives the changing area, the staff and the club a touch of space to change the dynamic." By the by, there are four months to go for the rest of the time and the Catalan mentor clarified that he actually has the energy to battle for flatware this season: "In these four months I will give everything. I'll attempt to do my absolute best to attempt to win the association. I actually figure we can make it happen." To finish up, he admitted that regardless of whether the group win a prize, "the choice is made and it can't be changed."
